1. Using SequenceExchange

SequenceExchange is a marketplace for xLights sequences, related digital downloads, and selected marketplace tools for buyers, creators, and marketplace operators.

By using the site, creating an account, purchasing a product, or listing content, you agree to follow these terms and the policies linked from them.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity that happens through your account.

Keep login credentials secure and notify support promptly if you believe your account was accessed without authorization.

3. Marketplace purchases

Listings are sold by marketplace creators unless a listing clearly says otherwise. Product detail pages should be reviewed for compatibility, included files, and delivery expectations before purchase.

Most products are digital and delivered through your buyer library after payment is confirmed.

4. Payments, invoices, and refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. SequenceExchange provides order records, invoice history, and delivery access tied to your account.

Refund handling follows the published refund policy and may require SequenceExchange to revoke download access or reverse seller payouts when a refund is approved.

5. Content and conduct

Do not upload, share, request, or distribute infringing, malicious, deceptive, or unlawful content through the marketplace or support surfaces.

SequenceExchange may limit, suspend, or remove content, listings, or accounts for legal, policy, fraud, abuse, or operational reasons.

6. Availability and support

SequenceExchange works to keep the marketplace, downloads, invoices, and support tools available, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

If you hit a delivery or account issue, contact support so the marketplace team can review logs, payment state, and entitlement records.

7. Changes

SequenceExchange may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Material changes may be reflected through updated site copy, policy pages, or required re-acceptance for certain workflows.
