How SequenceExchange handles account, order, support, and operational data.
1. Information we collect
SequenceExchange collects account details, order records, invoice data, support messages, seller profile information, and normal technical signals needed to operate the marketplace.
Payment card details are processed by Stripe. SequenceExchange stores the payment records, payout references, and invoice metadata needed for marketplace operations and support.
2. How we use information
We use marketplace data to deliver purchases, maintain buyer libraries, manage seller payouts, generate invoices, resolve support cases, review fraud or disputes, and improve marketplace reliability.
Support and AI workflows may use ticket content, knowledge documents, and account context to draft replies or route work, with audit trails and admin controls on sensitive actions.
3. Operational and security logging
SequenceExchange records operational events needed for security, troubleshooting, payments, support, and auditability. That can include request metadata, invoice events, webhook events, and admin actions.
Error and performance monitoring may be processed through approved observability providers so production issues can be detected and fixed quickly.
4. Cookies and local storage
SequenceExchange uses cookies or similar storage for authentication, CSRF protection, cart state, appearance preferences, and other session-level product behavior.
If you disable required cookies, some account, checkout, seller, or support features may not function correctly.
5. Sharing
Marketplace data is shared only with providers or parties needed to run the service, such as Stripe for payments, Supabase for data infrastructure, email providers for transactional delivery, and approved observability or AI vendors for platform operations.
SequenceExchange does not sell buyer or seller personal data as a standalone product.
6. Requests and contact
If you need help with account data, invoices, support history, or marketplace privacy questions, contact SequenceExchange support and include enough detail for the team to verify the request safely.
