Seller Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement
By listing products for sale on SequenceExchange, you agree to these Seller Terms and the marketplace policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not publish products.
2. Eligibility
You must have authority to sell your content, provide accurate account information, and maintain an active Stripe Connect account that is eligible to receive payouts.
3. Content Ownership and Rights
You represent that you own or are licensed to use all files, audio, artwork, metadata, and any other content you upload. You grant SequenceExchange a non-exclusive license to host, display, market, and deliver your products for marketplace operations.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not upload infringing, unlawful, malicious, deceptive, or abusive content. SequenceExchange may remove listings or suspend seller access for policy violations.
5. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes
You set your product pricing. SequenceExchange applies the platform fee configured by marketplace admin. You are responsible for your own business taxes, reporting, and legal compliance in your jurisdiction.
6. Payouts
Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect and may be delayed or withheld by Stripe or SequenceExchange for risk, dispute, compliance, or technical reasons. You are responsible for completing and maintaining your Stripe onboarding information.
7. Refunds and Disputes
SequenceExchange may issue refunds, reverse payouts, or recover funds if required by payment network rules, fraud controls, legal obligations, or platform policies.
8. Account Enforcement
SequenceExchange may suspend, limit, or terminate seller access and may unpublish listings at any time for policy, legal, security, or operational reasons.
9. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limits
SequenceExchange is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SequenceExchange disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to seller use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
SequenceExchange may update these terms. Continued seller activity after an update may require renewed acceptance before additional listings can be published.
